Policy

To best serve our customers, a minimum advance notice of 24 hours is required for all Catering orders.

All orders must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. for guaranteed next-day delivery.

Please note that orders received after 11:00 a.m. for next-day delivery will be assessed a $20 Late Charge.

All orders received by 11:00 a.m. will take delivery priority over any Late Orders.

Minimum amount for all catering orders is $35. Orders for less than $35 will be brought up to the $35 minimum.

Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of menu selections for late orders and reserve the right to make substitutions as needed.

Changes to Catering Orders.

To best serve our customers, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your order for guest count.

If your guest count decreases, any food items already prepared will be included in your final cost.

Cancellation of Orders

A minimum advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation of all Catering orders.

Items which have been “Special Ordered” require 72 hours advance notice of cancellation. If we are not notified within 72 hours, the ordering department will have to cover the full costs involved.

Catering Equipment

Please do not remove Catering Equipment from the original delivery location.

If a special situation arises and the equipment is moved from the original location, please immediately notify the Eurest Catering Department (Hayden at 441-3901 or Roosevelt at 441-5708) of the new location.

If it can not be located, a replacement fee will be charged to your department.

Other Information

Paper goods, plastic ware and condiment packs are provided for your catering order without additional charge. Unused supplies are the property of Eurest and will be retrieved after your function ends.

Please note that Health Department Regulations mandate that food and beverages not purchased from Eurest vendors may not be stored within the Eurest Kitchen/Premises.

Eurest also is prohibited from lending out knives, trays, bowls, etc. or any equipment for use outside of the kitchen.

Paper goods and plastic ware may be purchased from the Café with one hour advance notice.
